The frame is made of M.S. plate . The quality frame holds the laminated core.

The motor works on the principal of the field system, which can be found in A.C.series motor. The A.C. series motor has a field system. The core of the field system is laminated through out. Care is taken to ensure that there are no salient poles, ensuring that a uniform and narrow alignment is possible. The brush quality is of very high resistance carbon and each brush is restricted to two-commutator segment. The speed torque is similar to that of an A.C. Series motor.
